Chilli-Garlic Chutney


Red chillies: 8-10
Garlic: 8-10 pods
Coconut: 2-3 tsp
Salt: As per taste
Oil: 1/2 tsp

Roast chillies in oil and allow it to cool. Peel garlic pods. Coarsely grind roasted chillies, coconut and salt. Later add garlic pods and grind to blend well with the chillies. Serve with idli or dosa with ghee or coconut oil.

Note: Can preserve this chutney in an air tight container for 3-4 days in refrigerator.
